Un-Customised Items

Faulty Item or received wrong item?

No problem we will send you a returns label to make sure you can send the item back to us with pre paid postage

We will happily replace the faulty or wrong item with a new item which will be sent out straight away or we can refund once the items have been returned

If the items are returned for any other reason then Beecrown Limited does not accept return carriage charges and the return will have to be organised by you

Customised Items

Customised items which are embroided or printed by Beecrown Limited will not be accepted for a return unless they are faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong items

Please make sure items which are returns are unworn and in original packing

Goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order for a refund, credit or a replacement. After 14 days your request for a return will not be accepted and we will have assumed you are happy with the goods
